The operational governance protocols for AuditGo cybersecurity software and enterprise consulting services within the Canadian jurisdiction.

Binding Agreement

By accessing the website auditgo.click or utilizing the AuditGo automated threat detection environment, you signify a formal acceptance of these provisions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between AuditGo and the organization or individual accessing the services.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a Canadian enterprise, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind said entity to these protocols. Failure to comply with any section of these terms results in the immediate revocation of access and software licenses.

Acceptable Use Policy

Authorized Operations

  • Continuous monitoring of designated cloud nodes.
  • Internal compliance reporting for PIPEDA standards.
  • Automated vulnerability scanning of internal infrastructure.

Prohibited Actions

  • Reverse engineering of the automated detection logic.
  • Reselling AuditGo intelligence to third-party providers.
  • Overloading monitoring nodes beyond licensed capacity.

Liability Limitation

AuditGo provides its cybersecurity platform "As Is." While our automated detection systems are architected for high-frequency reliability, we specifically disclaim liability for security breaches resulting from zero-day exploits unknown at the time of monitoring.

In no event shall AuditGo be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss or business interruption—stemming from the use or inability to use our specialized software. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Sovereign Integrity

Arbitration & Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute regarding these terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation will be settled via binding arbitration in Montréal, QC.
