AuditGo secure infrastructure
Internal Protocol 2026

Privacy
Policy

This document clarifies how AuditGo collects, protects, and governs personal data for Canadian enterprises. We maintain absolute structural integrity in our digital handling processes.

01. Data Collection Principles

We prioritize a transparent methodology where clients can verify every digital touchpoint. AuditGo collects data only necessary for the performance of our automated threat detection systems. This includes infrastructure metadata, network headers, and system logs required to distinguish between normal heavy usage and malicious spikes.

We do not collect non-essential personal identifiers or engage in the sale of client telemetry to third-party marketing firms. Our focus remains solely on defensive posture and infrastructure intake.

02. Information Storage & Residency

All identified data nodes and processed security logs are stored on secure servers located physically within Canada. We ensure that your digital map never exits the sovereign territory of the country, maintaining the highest levels of data residency compliance.

03. Automation & Privacy

Our automated software is fine-tuned to process threat patterns without human intervention viewing raw sensitive payloads. Calibration allows the system to recognize vulnerabilities based on global CVE data while respecting the partition between metadata (threat-related) and substantive client content.

Data Governance Matrix

Structural Security

Continuous monitoring systems are anchored in high-security vault environments with encrypted communication layers that prevent interception during transit.

Identity Guard

Access to audit logs is restricted via multi-factor authentication and role-based permissions, ensuring only verified personnel can interact with system insights.

Retention Policy

In accordance with PIPEDA, data is retained for a period not exceeding the timeframe necessary for technical verification and long-term security trend analysis.
